Vaccines we require for your doggie to come to My Dogtel are DHPPI-L, RABIES, KENNEL COUGH, VACCI CHECK (for puppy).
Owners must inform My Dogtel Management/Reception if their dog has had or could potentially have any infections or illnesses that might affect other dogs in the facility. This includes notifying us of any antibiotics or medications your dog requires. If a dog arrives at our facility with sickness or diarrhea, they will be isolated in a kennel for monitoring, and owners will be promptly informed and advised if a vet visit is necessary.
Following the administration of the kennel cough vaccine, we require a 5-day waiting period before dogs can return to the facility. This precaution is necessary as the vaccine is live and can potentially spread to other dogs.
For puppies under 1 year old and senior dogs over 10 years old, we recommend a Vacci Check to ensure they have sufficient antibodies for protection. Sometimes, young and older dogs may need a booster vaccine.
For female dogs, we require a 30-day waiting period after their heat cycle ends and while the private area is still swollen before they can return to our facility. Male dogs must be neutered by the age of 2 years old to continue attending our daycare.
When using our inside dog park, My Dogtel is not responsible for supervising individual dogs. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their dog is safe and interacts well with others.
I acknowledge that My Dogtel team will not be held responsible for involved risks, including injury to my dogs or damage to my property. I accept full responsibility for risks associated with my participation.
All dogs enjoying our swimming pool will be towel dried after their swim. Please note that blow drying is not included in our standard service; however, it can be arranged for an additional charge. While the pool is treated with safe levels of chlorine, some dogs may emit a slight odor and, in rare cases, may vomit water. My Dogtel cannot be held responsible for these occurrences.
For all boarding services, a 50% deposit is required to secure your dog's stay. The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of drop-off. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your dog's booking, please provide at least 7 days' notice to receive a 50% deposit refund credited to your My Dogtel account. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No cash refunds will be given for any service.
You acknowledge that My Dogtel is not responsible, financially or otherwise, for any injuries your dog may sustain or any damage to personal property while your dog is participating in My Dogtel activities. You accept full financial responsibility and liability for any costs that may arise due to your dog's actions.
At My Dogtel, we supervise play and social interactions to minimize injury risks. However, during normal play, your dog may incur minor cuts and scrapes. Our qualified staff will inform you of any such incidents. While daycare offers many socialization benefits, it also involves inherent risks, including potential exposure to parasites, viruses, and other transmissible conditions, as well as injuries like sprains, strains, bites, fatigue, dehydration, and minor cuts. It is impossible to list every potential risk.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize My Dogtel staff, who are certified in Emergency Canine First Aid, to administer first aid to your dog in the event of an emergency. You also consent to My Dogtel transporting your dog and arranging for any necessary emergency veterinary care at your expense.
